New Landing Missions each Stage?

So If I take a territory normally, I dont get the built up victory points?
Hypnotik: 1) They stay the same.
2) Anytime you take a territory from someone else via LZ/Riot, you get the VP accrued by the previous owner. These cannot be lost. The VP that can be lost are the ones you gained each turn for holding the province.
