[Supertest] Minsk gets a facelift

If you're like me, than Minsk is always high on the list for getting excluded. However, we have some changes underway that will be in the Supertest. Minsk Changes: The map has been increased in size by 50 meters to include new playing areas (it has become the size of 1050x1050).
The courtyards in the eastern part of the map were opened - behind
the buildings "The People's Feat is Eternal".
Added a ford in the northwest part of the map.
Raised relief in the
northern part of the map to form a fold of terrain. Changed
vegetation density.
