different missions. However, you will be able to make a different
selection on the next day, so you aren't locked on a North/South
for the rest of the missions.

will have a tier IV and up restriction since some of the missions
available would be a lot easier to complete in the starting
tiers. At a glance, looks like it would be around 14-15k XP to
research from tier I to a maxed out tier IV.
