Premium Shop Special for Karma Koin Users

HBFT:   Our partners are investigating any issues that may be present with the Combine Card feature at this moment.  In the meantime, we are continuing to collect tickets from affected players.  We are also making sure that we have the Karma Koin PINs and desired Bundle for purchase so that we can work with each of our players to ensure that we can provide the appropriate bundles even if the issue has not been resolved by the end of the sales special.
