they play in the current month's appropriate tier, whether it is an
in-game mission to make the playing experience a more enjoyable one
or even something as intangible as being able to see what the next
tier is on the rules

1), so there is no data to post in a leaderboard just yet)

data being collected started today (as it is the start of the
month). We hope to start out by updating the leaderboard
twice a week, but as the competition goes on, we would like to
update it more often and ideally make it a live leaderboard.
(For now though, we are planning on two times a week)
