How Does Large Repair, Large First Aid and Auto Fire Ext work?

My IS7 crew run at 132% overall efficiency.  Deadly combo ... Turns an average tank into a deadly predator.

HBFT:   Kudos to both of you! :)  The passive bonuses that tanks receive is seriously pretty awesome.  I tend to keep these consumables on my higher-tiered vehicles because I am somewhat cheap when it comes to the use of my in-game credits.
