With regards to how much of our work day is play time, it
really depends on the workload at the time. In the case of
the Hunt Wargaming event, we are all encouraged to get into World
of Tanks more so that we can give everyone a chance at earning some
free gold! :)

The WGA player is the initial "you're it". If you are
the one to kill him/her in battle, "you're it" for the next
battle. Whomever kills you becomes the next one. In this way
the string could go on all day. Everyone would know that if
they killed "you're it" that they would then have to carry the
banner. They could "opt out" by not killing them. This
way the WGA employee doesn't have to constantly be active to keep a
target out there.HBFT: That is a phenomenal idea and I have recorded that down on
my notebook right now. :) Keep up the good work!

a way to opt in for something like this? Let's say it's the
reverse of opting out of Encounter Battles. As a tanker, you
can check the box that allows you to participate in WoT special
events. It could be used for other things besides gold hunts,
too. Essentially, you check the box, and you allow WG to use
your tanks for random encounter events. You aren't guarenteed
to be one in every battle, so that would eliminate the likelyhood
of tankers counting in for battles to get the reward. Maybe
they could progam it in so that the gold hunt only happens if two
or less "volunteers" are in the battle (even then, only one of
those would be a target tank). This would also help deter
count ins by a hoard of these volunteers. As far as the disclaimer
thing, when you run an event like this, you could set an
announcment in garage to remind them of the event and that TK
rules still apply.HBFT: It can take a bit more time to make changes to the in-game
client itself, but if there were a sign-up area for volunteers it
could accomplish something similar perhaps? I'm not sure how
everything would work out logistically, but I'll write that down.
Thank you! :)
