Issues redeeming Ultimate Game Cards / Ultimate Points

Hello Steamboat_Willy_Sr,

I just showed this post to our Billing Team here and I was told that we are still looking into the possibility of providing a Premium Shop feature with somewhat modular adjustment.  That having been said, I am unable to provide further details at regarding the availability or release of such a feature at the moment.

In the meantime, (I actually have 505 UPoints on my UGC account after using a $20 USD UGC on a $14.95 USD purchase as well) it is possible to complete payments by UPoints with an alternate payment method.  As for Karma Koins, one can also combine Karma Koin cards to make larger purchases.  I do understand that you like to use pre-paid cards only though, and I do not have a specific answer that will address only using pre-paid cards to make purchases without any leftover points at this time.  Please accept my apologies.  Hopefully a feature like you are describing will come out sooner rather than later!

Thank you for sending us your responses from PlaySpan.  We are sending this information to the appropriate parties to see if we can get an answer of greater clarity regarding the visibility of your UPoint balances.  Just as a personal observation, I noticed that the 505 UPoints that I have on my UltimatePay account does not currently show up on the UltimatePay.com website.  I only see the UPoint balance available to me when I use the Premium Shop.  Hopefully we will get an answer for you soon.
