1) From what we have heard, the estimate for full UPoint availability is the 4th of October, 2013. That having been said, we are still working with PlaySpan to ensure that UPoint availability is on track for the 4th of October. I will check in again later today to see if we can get a more definite confirmation regarding this date.
2) We are aware that players would like the option to use the entire value of their pre-paid cards and we are looking into ways of making this happen. Unfortunately, I am not at liberty to provide further details regarding this matter, but please do know that we are continuing to look into improving things. It is our priority to iron out the current issues that have appeared before providing new functionality.
As for compensation, while we are unable to provide compensation at this time, we do realize that this has been a trying time, at best, for everyone. We are looking into the possibility of compensation for our affected players, but again I am unable to provide further details at this time.
