If you have already redeemed your Ultimate Game Card, then you shouldn't need your UGC anymore to use the UPoints that resulted from your previous redemption. That having been said, it wouldn't hurt to hang onto the card for a bit (even though you shouldn't need to) in order to retain access to your pin. Should any issues arise with your redemption, then you will at least have that information at your disposal should you require further assistance.

When the current data migration has concluded, we have been told that player UPoints from before the 10th of September should become available for use. UPoints are cumulative amongst themselves and are also part of a system that allows players to pay with UPoints and another method of payment. We did a test with Karma Koin just yesterday, and I am seeing the pop-up appear when I select it in the gift shop at: https://na.wargaming.net/shop/main/ . What are you seeing when you try to pay with Karma Koin? (Blank box, nothing happens, etc.)
