Issues redeeming Ultimate Game Cards / Ultimate Points

When a player uses an Ultimate Game Card (UGC) to make a purchase, the monetary value on that card is first converted into Ultimate Points (UPoints: one of PlaySpan's "currencies") and stored in PlaySpan's systems. As such, players are usually able to make larger purchases through the use of multiple UGCs.
It has come to our attention that players are still unable to use their Ultimate Game Cards to make purchases in our Gift Shop. Additionally, players who have already redeemed their UGCs at our Gift Shop are currently left without access to their UPoints.
We have created this forum thread for all of our players because we have a strong investment in this issue. As such, we will continue to post all of the latest information regarding UGCs and UPoints here in an attempt to provide you with the best service that we can. Thank you for your patience while we work on your behalf to resolve this matter as efficiently and painlessly as possible.

In the course of working with PlaySpan, it has come to our attention that users should now be able to view and redeem UPoints that were accumulated after the 10th of September, 2013. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing data migration on PlaySpan's systems, UPoint balances accumulated before that date will still remain unavailable to the user. Visibility and access to these UPoints are scheduled for availability at the conclusion of this data migration.
Please know that we are still working to come up with more definitive details.

We have received estimates from PlaySpan regarding a date of completion for their data migration as the 4th of October, 2013. After the data migration has concluded, points accumulated before the 10th of September, 2013 should become available to players again.
We will continue to update this page as we learn more, or hear otherwise.

We have received confirmation from PlaySpan that their data migration will reach completion on the 4th of October, 2013. As a result, players should have access to their full UPoint balances after this date. In parallel to this update, UPoint transactions / balances should become visible on the UltimatePay account interface located at: (https://site.ultimatepay.com/).
We are continuing to work with PlaySpan to monitor the situation as it progresses. As we find out more, we will provide further updates here.

As a result of unexpected technical difficulties that have arisen while carrying out the data migration, the use of UPoints in the Premium Shop have been temporarily disabled.
While we are still awaiting confirmation of functionality from the parties involved, we wanted to keep our players updated with regards to this temporary setback. We will continue to update you at this location when we have more information.

UPoint functionality has returned to the Premium Shop after being disabled temporarily. While PlaySpan's data migration is currently on track, it should be noted that it will most likely not reach full completion until later on in the day. We will keep you up to date as we hear more, and full UPoint balances are available again.

We just wanted to touch base to let our players know that, over the course of the day, we have received numerous reports indicating UPoint balances becoming fully available to players in the Premium Shop. As we find out more information, we will update you here.

We would like to thank all of our players for their patience and continued loyalty during this data migration process. We understand that player experiences with the UGC/UPoint system have been less than ideal.
As a token of our appreciation, the portion of a player's UPoint balance that was unavailable to them (on the 25th of September) has been doubled when it was credited to a player's UltimatePay account. For example, if a player had 50 UPoints unavailable to them on September 25th, then they should receive 100 UPoints upon the conclusion of PlaySpan's data migration.
