Do not use a VPN and follow these steps:   Amazon Prime in a Prime Video Country: Visit Amazon in the marketplace (where you signed up and visited Prime Central) and end the membership to get a refund (if you are eligible), or turn off auto-renew on your Amazon Prime membership so you do not get charged for Prime (click herefor US). If you created a Prime free trial, email Amazon customer service to cancel the free trial Visit twitchprime.com and make sure “Other parts of the world” shows in the country selector. If it does not, click the Change Country link and select Other parts of the world Check the Purple Buy Box mentions Prime Video, and proceed to sign up or link accounts by clicking connect your Twitch account or enable Twitch Prime   Prime in an Amazon Prime Country: Cancel your Prime Video by clicking end membership here Visit twitchprime.com and make sure your Country is selected by its flag. If you don’t see your country’s flag, Twitch Prime might not yet be available there (you can review the information in this FAQ) Check to see if the Purple Buy Box mentions Amazon Prime, and proceed to sign up or link accounts by clicking connect your Twitch account or enable Twitch Prime   Also, twitch just might be overloaded so try again a bit later.
