Gnomon: You're right, the wording is a bit wonky and I'd be more
than happy to check on this for you. I tried to pull up the
Missions on the CT, but the 3rd Operation is not activated there so
that's a no-go. Give me a bit of time to check with
our teams at HQ (due to time-zones, I probably won't be able to
give you an answer until tomorrow) and I will let you know about
