Official 9.17 Feedback Thread - First Impressions

GhostPrime: Hello Tankers! We have released World of Tanks 9.17 today, and we would like to know your first initial impressions after getting a few games in.  Please let us know how you feel about the New Swedish line, the Balance changes, and the other features in this update in this thread.
