Forum Reorganization

GhostPrime: Hello Tankers! Over the last couple months, we have been looking at ways to clean up the forums. This will cut down on clutter, group up subforums, remove redundancies, and make it easier to find what you are looking for. You may see threads and topics in different places than they were before. However, it should be easy to find them with the new forum reorganization. There won't be any forum downtime for this. It will all happen live. So it might seem wonky at first but it will be better once it is all knocked out.
