RPM drive vs 5400 RPM laptop drive) has no effect on FPS.
Stige from the EU server tested all three drives on his
computer with WoT on each drive and there was no significant
difference in minimum FPS, average FPS or maximum FPS. The
variation among all three drive types was less than 1 FPS for min,
max, and average FPS. The only difference was loading times.

DDR3 RAM and DDR4 RAM have no significant effect on average
or minimum FPS in Wot if the RAM is the same size in MB and the CPU
and GPU is of similar speed The two main factors in all the
benchmarks I've done in the past, when the game graphics settings
were the same, were CPU speed and the Graphics card. There is
a point where using a fast CPU doesn't make a difference because of
the limits of the graphics card. There is also a point where
a faster graphics card doesn't make a difference on some graphics
settings because of limits of the game engine.GhostPrime: Good points! What Motherboard are you using to run your
tests?
