d3dx9_43.dll is missing

GhostPrime: Yup DirectX issue. look specifically for the DX9.    Please download and run the DirectX installer from the following location:
http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=8109   After you install restart your PC, and run World of tanks.
