I think all we want is a little honesty and transparency. At

Pretending like it isn't a problem is only making people like me
more frustrated. GhostPrime: I ask that you do not have mods installed when submitting a
ticket due to it takes the guess work out of finding where the
issue lies. While we allow mods, we cannot support them due to that
fact that they change the way the game works in ways that were not
intended. Some investigation is needed on this issue,
if its not related to the World of Warships bug. Support is working
on that, so the more information the better. I wish I had more
information to give you, but we do work as fast as possible to get
issues corrected.
