will reply to you as soon as they can. Currently they are
experiencing an abnormal amount of tickets and are working
tirelessly through them. We do not support the use of mods,
and support will ask you to remove them, The reason they ask that
no mods are present during an issue is so that there isn't a change
the issue stems from mod use, and not the client.
