am merely pointing out that that is the company's go-to guide when
dealing with tickets. Submit a ticket, wait 3 days, they blame
mods, re-submit same problem, wait 3 days, blame internet,
re-submit, wait 3 days, blame system or operator, re-submit proof
that it's NOT, wait 3 days, blame mods again. This is their
standard operations regarding tickets.GhostPrime: It's true that waiting for a reply can be frustrating if
they need more information. One way to help that along would be to
provide all the information upfront. Uninstall mods
before submitting the ticket, and run the game. this will update
the files that support will ask you for if they are not provided
first. The reason they ask to uninstall mods is because they are
3rd party programs, and change the way the client works. It takes a
lot of the guessing out of the troubleshooting process. This way
they know what they are working with. Please send
a WOTLauncher.cfg, python.log and WOTLauncher.log files
(sometimes just text files called 'python' and 'WOTLauncher"
) from the root folder in which World of Tanks is installed on
your computer (the default location is C:\Games\World_Of_Tanks).
In addition, please compile and send us a DxDiag report file
and attach it to the ticket. More details on Dxdiags
are here:
https://support.worldoftanks.com/Knowledgebase/Article/View/26/0/what-is-a-dxdiag-file--how-do-i-send-one
If the issue is network related a pingplotter report file,
or a tracert would be great too, and let them know what you have
tried. The more information the better. This should help speed up
the resolution time greatly.
