cant log in to east say error

GhostPrime: Hmm. Interesting. I just logged into the East server, You may want
to try power cycling your network hardware, and flushing your
DNS. To clear your DNS: 1) Press the START
button.
2) Select All Programs.
3) Select Accessories
4) Select Command Prompt. This will open a black DOS box.
5) Now type in ipconfig/flushdns and press enter.
6) You should see a prompt that states "Successfully flushed the DNS Resolver Cache."
7) Press the "X" at the top right to close this program. If this does not work, you may need to submit a ticket to support about the issue.
