GhostPrime: Every-time a reply is done on a ticket it moves down to the
bottom. The support staff are working very hard to go through many,
many tickets. I do apologize it is taking so long, but they are
experiencing a super large number of tickets right now. They will
be answered as quickly as possible. What is the
subject of the issue?
