Losing money in the Premium Shop

GhostPrime: GunTurret - You said you submitted a ticket?  The support department is having a larger than normal amount of tickets, and they handle them oldest to newest.   The key is not to reply to your own ticket before a support specialist answers it. It will fall back to the bottom of the ticket queue.
