Can you tell me what value having dozens if not more people sending you screenshots brings to this problem?  Usually, my techs review server and database engine logs looking for unusual messages as a first attempt to resolve any reported error.  Does the client report an error or was it coded to expect only success and never logs things that are inconsistent?  I mean I have clan tags and clan contacts.  The client should expect a clan channel.  Maybe a bit more resilience in the code is warranted at this point.  Too many thing are languishing unresolved.
