What does the 11:59pm PST refer to? (The start time of this event on 20 Dec 2012?) Thanks for your replies in advance.
GeneralDirection: You can play your battles any time of day. 11:59PM PST refers to
the time of day on December 31 when the program ends.

Everyone should relax as the success of this program would be expanded to other players outside of the tier 10 tank requirments. Im not staying calm because i own tier tens and am available to get a t-shirt, im just trying to save the aggrivation that everyone seems to be taking out on WoT Employee's as a result of not reading everything clearly.
Just saying folks... dont neg me because of this post as ive no intention to piss anyone off.
