Changes coming to Tech Tree Focus game events

The Tech Tree Focus events appear to have previously had two components:
A 1/2 price mechanic on mid-tier tanks with the presumptive goal of encouraging players to try tanks they might not otherwise make the effort to grind for, with longer-term benefits to the player of finding new tanks/lines that are rewarding, and to WG of keeping the game 'sticky'for player commitment and retention.
The second mechanic was the 50% credit increase for a week, presumably to provide incentive for players who already own a tank to go back and drive it that week, perhaps re-engaging with an old fave, but also to promote active playing of mid-tier vehicles by long-time players, which is clearly an ongoing WG effort.
