BUT the fact that War-gaming North America only chooses America veteran charity's isn't right.
Replace the banner and embrace an American only stance or please be kind to the fact that we Canadians have soldier who died and fought for the same freedom we both enjoy.
I am not trying to say I am against giving to veterans but its insulting to not include Canadian charity's into the list.

GeneralDirection: We've donated to a Canadian veteran's charity in the past. We
generally change most the charities each time. We're more than
happy to listen to suggestions for charities, because our research
did not provide many leads for other countries. The reality is we
are based in the United States, and so we are most familiar with
its charities.
