the announcement of CW now nothing could drag me back to NA.The routing issue I think is mainly affecting Internode customers. I'm with Telstra anyway and have noticed no changes in Ping. Still at 120-130ms.
Edit - The other thing to keep in mind is this announcement means SEA is now responsible for support for Aus/NZ. NA will no longer officially support Aus/NZ. So this means the monthly ante meridiem tourney's may stop. Would be interesting if Lord_Farquad could comment on that seeing I think he runs them.
GeneralDirection: Tournament support for Oceania will be transferred to SEA with this
transfer. The NA office will no longer create tournaments for those
timezones.

now. & believe me when I said SEA special offer is crap. There is no Double income for certain tank. (commonly 25%-50% credit boost)
Never have 3x exp for crew training. While we enjoy it for a second time already.
The worst offer among all server
Honestly I think RU server is generous & the best server in giving an offer on special weekend.
I really wish that I can be transfer to RU
GeneralDirection: The reason the SEA cluster's specials are not as common or as "big"
as the other clusters is because it is still in a growth phase. The
cluster just recently released, so for progression purposes
specials have been a bit more limited.

GeneralDirection: This is not true--cluster size is not what determines quality of
specials. It's the lifetime of the cluster. At a certain point SEA
will begin seeing more frequent specials just as they are released
for the other three clusters--regardless of the SEA cluster at that
time.
