Still no refund for Lorraine 40t?

3. my first goal was to enjoy the tank which wasnt possible without spending about 100k xp in modules which now just got removed... other tanks get their removed modules refunded (t-28 / su-85) while lorraine doesnt (for no reason).
4. my second goal was to reach the best french medium tank which was, is and still will be the batchat... the lorraine going up to t9 now doesnt change anything about that.
