GeneralDirection: Yes, I misunderstood what you were asking. If the question is just
whether or not we intend to add more lower tier premiums, then yes
we are considering it. As Overlord mentioned recently, we have some
sub-8 premiums in the works.

certainly worth discussing.

interface options in what displays.

GeneralDirection: Entirely possible. We'll have to see as the tech trees further
develop. The French tree doesn't have SPGs and TDs yet, and the
other three aren't even implemented.
