The Draw Rule

GeneralDirection: Do keep in mind that if a team is found to be forcing draws, the other team captain can dispute it and it may result in the round victory being decided by tournament administration.
We haven't had to do this yet, but where possible we want to avoid situations where late in a tournament there is a bye due to teams drawing every battle of the round.
