T95 in fact got a nasty bug since it was released and it's being fixed for 7.1, but that's the point, it had a CLEAR bug, that's why said armor bug is being fixed

additional information on the T95 in the national archives, so we
were able to create more accurate armor models for it. 
Edit: Actually you're right about the 0 armor situation. There are two different armor updates for the T95 in play here. The 0 armor situation was indeed a bug.
