December Challenge Cancelled

GeneralDirection: There will be enough battles allotted so that if a draw occurs, it's been forced intentionally by one of the teams -- probably somewhere around 10 battles. We'll set up a rule under a "disputes" section that allows a team captain to submit a dispute if they feel a draw was forced intentionally to prevent either team from advancing.
There will be other rules in place to discourage draws, of course.
