I agree with earlier post, make the +2 tier kill medal worth more that +10 pts. Say +20 pts or even +30 pts, so that those who achieved the original entry requirements will be assured to rank higher than those that didn't. This still enables others to enter and fill out the winner placements in-case not many achieved 3 Orlik/Oskin/Halonen medals.
