Spectator mode

GeneralDirection: Spectator mode is definitely a feature that could have a lot of entertainment and educational value. However, there will also have to be a lot of care taken in exactly what a spectator can do -- or see -- in a given game mode.
For instance, we wouldn't want Clan Wars spectator to give away enemy positions; that wouldn't be fair to those actually participating in the battle -- especially on the opposing clan's side of things.
