What would you like to see done differently?

GeneralDirection: Thanks for all the feedback so far, folks. The issues that have cropped up have been frustrating for me too, so I'll be looking at them closely moving forward to figure out how we can avoid it happening ever again.
As for the consistency of the tournaments, my goal is to hold them as often as possible.
