Clean up the Suggestion Forum

GeneralDirection: We're reading it, yes. I'll try to make sure we reply more often to threads to make that clear. It's a slippery slope with suggestions, though, because it can suggest that we're giving a "stamp of approval" on a suggestion, which we can't really do before it's presented to the game designers for discussion.
