Labor Day Weekend Twitter Giveaway
Дата: 03.09.2011 09:11:35

If we're able to re-open it with a different promo code system we will, and will announce it here on the community site.
GeneralDirection: Just as an update, we've come up with a solution for most of the
concerns regarding this giveaway. While the solution will require
following the World of Tanks Twitter account (the original method
didn't), it also will raise the fairness level tenfold over the
other method.
Unfortunately I won't be able to have this method fully implemented before Monday, but here's how it's going to work:
Create a Twitter account
Visit the World of Tanks Twitter profile
Click the follow button
On Monday, September 5, 2011 we will select 40 random followers to receive the items listed in an upcoming news post.
That's it. No work from you required at all -- outside of following us -- and you only need to visit when you actually want to find out what we're up to on Twitter.
I'm going to post a revised version of today's news post tomorrow to make everyone aware of the new format for the giveaway, and to give some time to head over to Twitter and follow us.
Moving forward? We'll have to see. The original format was intended as a nice little perk for being on Twitter at a random time of the day, and being the first to see the code. Obviously that didn't work in a giveaway fashion like was attempted this afternoon. So we've changed it, and probably won't be going back if we decide to run something like this again.
