1) Any chance you can give us a ball park.  1 week minimum, more likely 10 days?  Or definitely won't be before this weekend....
2)  If we border a phase 2 zone can we chip it day 1, or do w have to wait till after the first day?  Since it will be an LZ not sure how this would work.
3) Are there going to be the bonus payouts after each phase?  I see starred provinces in each zone.  I would assume so, but wanted to check.
