maybe... the method by which one brings up a suggestion... could have some kind of relationship with how it is received...
perhaps... if one is polite and respectful when speaking on a topic, then others will be polite and respectful in return...
it's a concept that I have heard about in the past, but here on the internet it seems that most do not agree with it. But from our empirical evidence (the linked thread) it seems that in this case the concept has held true...
