Clan Wars Map Changes

Gaea: As many of have noticed, there was a change in some of the maps
during Clan Wars, mainly in the starting positions.
The 3 affected maps are:El Halluf
Himmelsdorf
Karelia The spawn points on these maps have been switched.
Also, there seems to be an issue when the battles end in a draw: currently, if this does occur, the attacking team will win the province, and the defending team will lose it. This issue is currently being investigated. This only occurs on the 3 previously stated maps.
