There are points you can add to your score if you have certain achievements and or specific battle performance (killed, damaged, spotted). That is one thing.

And there are 3 achievement requirements you need to count for hardcore. That is another thing.

If you look at your battle report, it clearly states what achievements you have earned. Here are the list of achievements in WoT. You need at least 3 to be considered for the hardcore category.

Now, should you have any of the listed achievements as quoted earlier, you add MVP points to your score. If you do not have them, then do not add those points. If you have killed, damaged and spotted tanks, you add those points, but seeing as how those are not achievements as listed in the above link, they do not count towards the 3 required achievements.
