PAX Raffle Prizes not being delivered?

I honestly thought WG NA was better than this.   as a forewarning, I have been forwarded the shipping confirmation, and I can provide proof to whatever WG employee chooses to respond to this. I'll also be taking screenshots of the post in case you seem to think that deleting it will make this go away without resolving this (not to my satisfaction, but hers).
