I wanted to burn the countless of soviet and Czech blueprints I'll never use to get German crew and books but nope! We can only get said stuff of the same nation of the blueprints... They should at least let us exchange national blueprints for a speciffic nation, even if it is 1 of the desired nation in exchange of 5, for example getting some Italian blueprints in exchange of blueprints from other nations would be useful for many players since they used them recently to go through the new Italian Heavy branch, but now they do not have enough to obtain Progetto's 3D style.
