Yes, that's why I sold it like a year ago and kept the E-50. It only offered a bit higher standard pen and hull traverse speed. Though I have no idea how much it improved after the buffs because 265mm of front turret armor is still low. (Also the thing I still see bad even after the buffs is the low DPM, barely 3k while other tier 10 mediums have around 3.3k)
