Why are there so many rude jerks in this game?

Einzelganger7: I must say it can be annoying indeed, but if there is something I've learned from the past with online games is that at least I prefer to read mean messages in chat than people telling me to get back to the kitchen or asking if I have a boyfriend, at least my nickname helps to not get messages with that kind of stuff. lol And as a tip I recommend you to either ignore that people and just focus on the important messages of the chat log, or if you can't take it anymore then disable the chat, you will still receive notifications like map pings and battle communication commands so is not like you will lose completely the information bringed from the teammates.
