It's happening!

Einzelganger7: Well, it seems they will finally put on the public test the highly anticipated buffs for the heavy tanks and the controversial nerfs for the Progetto (along the placebo nerfs for the object 430u). I must say this list of tests seems kind of big so I guess not everything will be released on the 1.10 patch so let's see what happen.
