[Sandbox] Equipment 2.0 Test Kicks off June 2

Einzelganger7: Wow, I actually like so much the new equipment they will add, especially the mobility and survivability ones. Though I think they should give less bonuses to wheeled vehicles to balance things, otherwise the ebr 105 will be even more broken.
