Ammo rebalancing

Einzelganger7: I do not use much gold ammo because I tend to aim at weakspots and normal ammo works fine on most German tanks, the only nation I play. But yeah, in some way I am worried, what my Panther could do against tier 9 super heavies where premium ammo is basically a must but just doing 70 damage per shot?
