Customizing Crew appearance in latest patch.

Einzelganger7: Well, these skins are kind of meaningless because only the owner can see them in the garage, even so I will try to use this new feature but how can we get new crew skins anyway? I only use German tanks and unfortunately got French and Polish crew skins.
